Float pool care companion roles stay in demand

In Ohio, care companion float pool roles are often needed to help cover changing patient-care needs across units, so openings can move quickly when staffing gaps appear. These roles can be competitive because employers often prefer candidates with recent healthcare experience and BLS certification, even when no formal education is required.
