Duties: Assist clients with personal care and hygiene Meal preparation and light housekeeping Provide companionship and emotional support Accompany clients on outings, shopping, and errands Medication reminders (non-medical) Ambulation assistance and safe client transfers Follow individualized care plans Complete required documentation and charting accurately
