Work 12-hour shifts to ensure 24-hour physician coverage, collaborating with APP coverage during peak hours. Manage an annual patient volume of 21,000, performing emergency procedures as needed. Collaborate with specialists including OB/GYN, Cardiology, Orthopedic Surgery, and others for patient consultations and admissions. Maintain compliance with ATLS and ACLS protocols and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
