We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist responsible for performing diagnostic imaging studies in vascular sonography.
You MUST have a RVT in addition to RDMS certification.
The successful candidate will independently execute vascular ultrasounds to assist providers in identifying arterial circulation issues and conduct reflux studies for venous insufficiency.
Familiarity with all diagnostic ultrasound equipment is crucial.
While experience in vascular sonography is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Examinations will be conducted both in our outpatient office and at off-site locations, requiring travel between sites. THIS IS A MOBILE POSITION.
Prepare patients for exams. Transfer and position patients appropriately on the ultrasound table. Operate ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images. Record and interpret findings in a preliminary report for diagnostic purposes.
High school diploma or equivalent. Graduate of an accredited program in Ultrasound Technology (Required). Certification as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) REQUIRED. Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification required. Valid driver’s license.
