Job Profile Summary The PRN Travel Nurse at RHA provides holistic nursing care positively impacting the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The Travel Nurse is responsible for healthcare oversight and monitoring at various residential homes, vocational centers, or behavioral health centers. The role involves performing a range of nursing functions, providing direct care, and ensuring compliance with medical and healthcare standards at multiple locations. This position requires flexibility to cover shifts and travel as needed, with travel expenses provided.
Looking for rns and lpns to join our prn float nurse pool. Covering lagrange, nc , new bern, nc, and greenville, nc.
Flexible schedules, part-Time, full-Time, and as-Needed basis.
Travel Float Nurse positions are temporary. Hours are not guaranteed but are based on the needs of the units and/or assigned locations.

Nurses will cover shifts and schedules as needed at the units in their assigned locations. Travel expenses will be covered as needed.

The Travel Nurse pool will cover shifts across assigned locations with travel expenses covered as necessary.
Travel nurse assignments are temporary and work locations and hours may vary depending on availability.
Travel assignments will be reviewed every 90 days to determine ongoing needs and work locations.
Regularly required to lift 30 lbs.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Must be able to pull a minimum of 30 lbs.
Must be able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop.
Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Required to regularly stand and walk.
Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in CPR from the floor level requiring to work on hands, knees, bending, standing and lifting.
Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.
