Job Summary

A ProMedica Physician’s Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is key member of a patient centric care delivery model for high quality and service within a healthcare setting. Performs at or above the standards of care set for the superior patient experience in clinical and non-clinical settings. Able to proficiently and effectively navigate through multiple information technology platforms and applications to provide and support best practices/protocols, value-based care, supporting, implementing, and demonstrating the Core Values of ProMedica. Work in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons and other physicians and medical professionals to deliver anesthesia for a variety of procedures.

The organization has 2,500+ physicians and advanced practice providers with privileges and 1,300+ health care providers employed by ProMedica Physicians.

Hickman Hospital

Hickman Hospital is a newly constructed and state of the art facility.

The hospital has best in class anesthesia equipment, machines, and supplies.

Hickman Hospital has a strong case mix, which includes general surgery, orthopedics, endoscopy, gynecologic, urology, cataracts, ENT, cardiology, and vascular across a variety of age groups.

Hickman Hospital is located on a 100+ acre campus including walking trails, a boundless playground, YMCA of Lenawee County and more, all located in the heart of Lenawee County.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
  • Doctoral degree from an accredited CRNA program.
  • Active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in the state of practice.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure—must meet applicable state or compact licensure requirements.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
