Experienced APP interested in common critical care procedures.

Position Summary

The APP will act as a resource and provide guidance of patient services by working closely with physicians, nurse-navigators, administrative staff, scheduling specialists in both the inpatient and ambulatory arenas.

Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions

Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.

Acute care NP/PA interested in working in the ICU unit at Columbia County Hospital.

Work schedule

7 days on followed by 7 days off (Thursday - Wednesday); working days and nights

Required minimum education

• Certified Nurse Practitioner

Required minimum license(S) and certification(S)

All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

Cert Nurse Practitioner

Provider will need OR access, as procedures are expected.

Acute Care NP certification

Additional license(S) and certification(S)

Requirements

Candidates must be an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant interested in common critical care procedures within the ICU unit. Required qualifications include certification as a Nurse Practitioner and Acute Care NP certification, with OR access necessary for expected procedures.
