Chronic therapies, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, are a lifeline supporting patients until kidney transplant.
As an RN in the Dialysis ICU, you will provide care to patients who need hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, intermittent hemodialysis, prolonged intermittent renal replacement therapy and continuous renal replacement therapy.
An RN in this role will be highly inspired to obtain the BONENT certification.
This position requires a caregiver who is empathetic, understanding and nurturing to ensure quality patient care and effective life-saving treatment.

00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. + on-call variable shifts with weekend and holiday rotation requirements. Must be able to float to other CCF eastern region locations which include Euclid, Hillcrest, and Marymount Hospitals.
Provide direct nursing care.
Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
Educate patients and their families.
