Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg/Telemetry (Nights) Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg/Telemetry (Nights) for a 13-week travel assignment in Windsor, VT. Contract Details Nights 7:30 PM - 7:00 AM 12; 12hr Nights 36hr guarantee Start Date: 8/17/2026 Contract: 13 Weeks Location: Windsor, VT Hourly Pay: $ 33.00 Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1246.00 Weekly Total Pay: $ 2137.00 Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed On Call Requirements: TBD EMR: Cerner Nurse to patient ratio: 1 to 4/5 Average daily patient census: 22 Travel Policy: Local Travelers - Those who reside within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this need. 8hrs non-billable orientation *

Minimum Requirements: Must have 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg and to any unit within scope of practice CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE is required Previous Travel (at least 3 months) is required Bachelor of Science in Nursing / BSN is preferred Perm address must be included in traveler profile Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer Vermont RN License or Compact is required Active American Heart Association ACLS is required Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement. Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association during employment Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start): Drug screen and background check (facility required) Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
