We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Personal Care Aides (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. You will assist in the daily care of individuals with developmental disabilities who have complex medical needs.

Responsibilities

Medication Administration
Assist clients with daily living activities.
Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties.
Collaborate with individuals being serviced and families for best care opportunities.
Maintain a safe, healthy and comfortable living environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in personal/ clinical care or other related fields preferred
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Medication Aide preferred (MaxCare will train onsite)
CPR Certification preferred (MaxCare will train onsite)

Requirements

Previous experience in personal or clinical care is preferred. Candidates should possess a compassionate demeanor and strong communication skills, with CPR and Medication Aide certifications preferred.
