Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in long-term care and rehabilitation settings. This is a part-time opportunity of approximately 5 hours per week. An additional opportunity is also available to provide quarterly assisted living services of approximately 8 hours per quarter. Key Responsibilities Conduct nutrition assessments and documentation Complete MDS assessments and care plans Monitor weights and nutrition risk Participate in nutrition at-risk meetings Perform meal rounds and sanitation audits Onsite visits completed during weekdays
