About the Role

Neurosurgical Care in Collegeville, PA is looking for a skilled and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team on a per diem basis — with shifts available immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient recovery while enjoying the flexibility of per diem work in a specialized, high-quality care environment.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions to develop individualized treatment plans Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and neuromuscular rehabilitation techniques Collaborate with neurosurgical care teams to coordinate post-operative and rehabilitative patient care Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility standards Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Pennsylvania Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent) Experience in neurosurgical, orthopedic, or acute care rehabilitation preferred Strong knowledge of post-surgical rehabilitation and neuromuscular treatment protocols Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient-centered care skills Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced clinical setting CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain prior to start About Us: Neurosurgical Care is a trusted provider of specialized neurosurgical and rehabilitative services based in Collegeville, PA, dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes for patients with complex neurological and surgical needs.
