Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors Accompany clients to appointments or errands as required Maintain accurate care logs and documentation per agency guidelines
