We are very close to being agency free and are looking for the right nurse to join our team long-term and help us continue building consistency and strong resident care within our community. What You’ll Do As an LPN/RN, you will play a key role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and attention overnight.
- Responsibilities include: Providing direct nursing care and medication administration Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes Supporting CNAs and nursing staff throughout the shift Ensuring residents are safe, comfortable, and cared for Collaborating with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance standards What We’re Looking For Active LPN or RN license in the state of Iowa CPR Certification Long-term care experience preferred, but not required Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused attitude Strong communication and leadership skills Someone who wants to make a difference and be part of a positive culture

- QualificationsEducation/requirements: Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Board of Nursing for the state in which the facility is located. Current License as a Practical Nurse for the state in which the facility is located. Current Certification in
- Cardiopulmonary
- Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care
