Well recognized Adult behavioral healthcare and chemical dependency treatment program in Essex County has an opening for a Full-time Nurse (RN) Monday through Friday, between 35 hours to 37.5 hours weekly. (Flexible)

Responsibilities: include:
Working with our staff psychiatrist and APN.
Provide nursing & on-site health assessments
Administer Medications/Injections: Coordinate with pharmacies for medication refills & changes
Facilitate Medication Education groups
Provide Medication Counseling: Provide on-site Medical screenings as necessary
Consult with Medical providers as needed regarding consumer care
Communication and coordination of care with other Medical providers and community residential facilities regarding healthcare issues and medications.
Coordinate Medical Referrals: Review & order labs as needed
Monitor & review client charts for accuracy
Ensure regulatory compliance with all State mandated rules & guidelines
Must be computer literate and have EHR experience.
Must be able to demonstrate technological/computer skills & competencies.
