Mission Community Hospital is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Night Shift team. The ICU RN is responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care to critically ill patients while collaborating closely with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate is clinically strong, team-oriented, adaptable in fast-paced environments, and committed to providing exceptional care and support to patients and families.

Depending on the specific role or shift, employees may be eligible for additional compensation (Differential Pay) between $1.00 - $5.00 per hour.
Requires a current California RN license and BLS and ACLS certifications. A minimum of one year of ICU experience is required, with NIHSS certification preferred.
