As a CNA with us, you will provide daily care to our residents by supporting their daily activities of living. This includes hygiene assistance and providing emotional support and encouragement, monitoring and reporting changes in health and behavior, and supporting the overall needs of our residents. You will be genuinely interested in supporting our residents and their team members. Experience working with seniors is a plus; however, it is not required. Other requirements include valuing and respecting our residents and having consistent attendance and a reliable method of transportation; the ability to correspond and document properly for resident charting purposes; and excellent communication skills.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma and a valid Oregon-issued CNA license. Applicants must be U.S. citizens residing in Oregon with reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
