Responsible for performing high-quality X-ray imaging of patients for diagnostic purposes as directed by a Radiologist. Duties include maintaining equipment, obtaining patient histories, and ensuring adherence to professional and safety guidelines.
Responsible for X-raying patient using radiologic equipment that produces radiographs (x-rays) of body for diagnostic purposes, as directed by the Radiologist. Generates high-quality images of patients in order to assist with diagnosis and treatment. Prepares and maintains records and files as directed

Performs and provides appropriate imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines.

Demonstrates knowledge of a variety of imaging equipment including setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and proper care and sanitization of all equipment.
3.
Obtains patient history, explains routine procedures, and addresses patient queries or concerns.
4.
Maintains all equipment for procedures, assesses safety, physical, and physiological comfort of patient.
5.
Monitors need for procedure revisions and coordinates daily imaging procedures.
6.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
