We are excited to announce an opening for a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant II in our Cape Coral, Florida, clinic!
The Medical Assistant II (MA) is responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate clinical and administrative support to physicians, hospitalists, and other healthcare professionals in both outpatient and hospital-based settings.
This role ensures efficient patient flow, accurate documentation, and exceptional patient care through coordination, education, and hands-on service delivery while adhering to established clinical guidelines, provider supervision standards, and organizational policies.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients—welcoming them with a warm smile, assisting with check-in, and ensuring a smooth, efficient visit.
You will also support providers with clinical tasks such as patient intake, assisting with exams and procedures, performing basic tests, and helping patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their care.
