Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary and acute care to patients in a nursing home setting.

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
Participate in care conferences and family meetings.
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Active New York State Medical License (Required).
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
