Renew Residential Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide quality care and meaningful support to individuals with developmental disabilities, aging needs, or health-related challenges in their homes & communities.

High school diploma or GED required Ability to pass background checks and required screenings Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes or home & community care settings is preferred Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred; additional certifications such as HIPAA training are a plus Experience with medication administration and care plan implementation is desirable Ability to lift heavy objects safely using equipment like Hoyer lifts; physical stamina for long shifts is essential Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work compassionately with people with disabilities or age-related conditions such as dementia or Alzheimer’s disease Familiarity with working within HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy and confidentiality Valid driver’s license may be required for community outings or transportation assistance for full time day shift positions A caring attitude combined with patience, flexibility, and excellent communication skills Job Types Full-time Part-time PRN (Pro Re Nata / As Needed)
