We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Jersey City pediatric office for a fully in-office role. The ideal candidate possesses strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, compassion, and enthusiasm working with families and children.
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey and in the State of New York.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong, empathetic phone presence.
High level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing accuracy.
Compensation and
Benefits: Our in-person RN positions start at $43/hour. We conduct our own in-house training (2-4 weeks long), which is fully covered at your hired pay rate. Full-time employees accrue 10.67 hours per month (approximately 16 PTO days per year)
Full time employees are eligible to participate in the health, dental, and vision insurance plans after 90 days of service. The base level plans are covered 100% by the company. Other level plans include a subsidy from the company.
After 90 days, you will be eligible for participation and contribute to our 401(k) plan, administered via Principal. After your first year of employment, Tribeca Pediatrics will make an annual Safe Harbor contribution of 3% of your compensation. Eligible employees will also receive a profit share contribution.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with active RN licenses in both New Jersey and New York. A minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience and proficiency with EHR systems are required.
