We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will play a key role in delivering direct nursing care, monitoring patient health, and collaborating with interdisciplinary staff to ensure the highest standards of care. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and record patient vital signs and conditions Assist with daily living activities and ensure resident comfort Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions or emergencies Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
Current, active LPN license in the state of employment CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
