Our team is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to provide direct mental health services to adults out in the community, at their home, or at the office. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals to provide the highest quality of care possible. Responsibilities Maintain a caseload of clients. Help develop and work will all members of the treatment plan team as often as needed. Facilitate services to clients individually and in a group setting. Coach, teach, educate, and model independent living skills to clients. Coordinate and make further referrals for clients as needed. Seek treatment consultation from Clinical Supervisor. Accurately completes all required documentation and notes for each client in a timely manner. QualificationsRequirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related human services field. Minimum of two years providing services to individuals with a mental illness or substance use disorder required. Must qualify as a Mental Health Practitioner in the State of MN Experience working with severe emotional disturbances in adults is preferred. Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance. Pay

• $25.11 - 30.13 per hour. Compensation is based on years of experience. Benefits Package
