Caring Hands Home Health is seeking a compassionate, dependable Caregivers to provide one-on-one care for a client in the Creedmoor area. This is an excellent opportunity for a caregiver who enjoys building meaningful relationships while helping clients remain safe and independent in the comfort of their own home.
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting) Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Provide companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping and laundry Assist with mobility and transfers Provide medication reminders Accompany clients to appointments or errands if needed Document care provided and report any changes in the client's condition
Previous caregiving, PCA, CNA, or home care experience preferred Compassionate, patient, and dependable Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Ability to pass a background check Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
