We are looking for a LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse for Day Shift.
$34 to $40 per hour based on experience; additional hourly pay for shift differential.
Day (7a to 7p) Shift available.
Assist in assessment and care planning for residents.
Assist in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units.
Regular rounding on nursing units.
Assure complete and accurate documentation through spot-checking and on-going supervision.
Consult with Unit Managers in the provision of continuity of care to residents.
Assist in ensuring adequate staffing for the nursing department.
