Emp Status Per Diem Part time Work Shift Compensation Range The base pay scale for this position is $72.00 - $72.00.

In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role.

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation.

What you will be doing Overview We are seeking a per diem physical therapist to join our world-class Acute Care Rehab team.

As a member of our renowned physical therapy team, you will provide care for a diverse range of patients of all ages.

Upon referral by a physician, you will evaluate patient condition, determine the appropriate treatment plan and set rehabilitation goals.

Educating patients and family members on the most up-to-date approaches to the rehabilitation process will be an important part of this role.

The commitment would be a minimum of 1-2 weekend days per month with an option of more hours if interested.

Qualifications

To qualify you will need a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and current NYS license. At least two years of acute care experience is required. Acute care orthopedic experience preferred. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are also vital. Weekend coverage is mandatory.
