Responsibilities

What You’ll Do Lead 3–5 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum, including up to 4 late evenings per week. Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework. Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches. Monitor member progress and document outcomes. Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members. Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.

Qualifications

Master's degree and independent-level licensure required Required licensure or certification*: Behavioral health licensure including but not limited to: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LAC, LCAC-A. Access to reliable internet and telephone services, specifically download speeds over 40 Mbps and upload speeds over 10 Mbps as well as a strong WiFi signal from your remote work location. Minimum two years’ leading groups in a SUD setting. High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc. Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success. Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed. Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT. *Licensure requirements vary by state

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree and a valid behavioral health license or certification (e.g., LADC, LCSW, LMHC). Candidates must have at least two years of experience leading groups in a substance use disorder setting and possess reliable remote work technology.
