  • - The PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at HOMECARE COMPANY OF TENNESSEE LLC will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. This part-time position requires the LPN to utilize their clinical skills to ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being while adhering to the company's standards and protocols.

  • Responsibilities: - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with nursing standards. - Monitor patient health by assessing vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition. - Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Educate patients and their families about health care needs, conditions, and treatments. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress in electronic health records. - Respond to patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. - Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies. - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

  • Education: - Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program. - Current and valid LPN license in the state of Tennessee.
