The nurse is responsible for collecting patient data and collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement high-quality care plans. They must evaluate patient outcomes and maintain professional knowledge to ensure world-class patient satisfaction.
1. Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Education -- Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing. Practical Nurse license from the Indiana State Board of Nursing. Some area may require a current and valid driver’s license.
Experience -- Graduate of LPN program.
The Registered Nurse and is accountable to the Nurse Manager.
