Job Description

High Risk Physician Starling Physicians is seeking Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians to join our High Risk Department. This provider will manage complex, high-risk patients with multiple chronic diseases who are in transition of care and/or have higher acuity, short-term needs. The provider will collaborate with Starling physicians and care management staff to provide medical care and assessment of care management/social work/pharmacy needs, with the goal of achieving high value outcomes related to quality metrics, patient experience and appropriate utilization and costs. Responsibilities include: Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends and shared call. Option for a four-day work week is available. Opportunities available in our New Britain location. Requirements include: Must be able to obtain Connecticut licensure before you begin practicing. Board Certification and DEA license required. Requirements

Must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with a valid DEA license. Ability to obtain Connecticut licensure before practicing is required.
