Provide expert nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit during night shifts. Ensure safe and seamless patient experiences within a Magnet-recognized hospital environment.
Nights 7 pm to 7:30 am including rotating weekends and rotating holidays
What you will need: Associate Degree or higher in Nursing If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September 1, 2021) Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure Current BLS through American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within six months of start date into position Certificate of Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) within one year of start date into position Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months of start date into position 2 years of Labor and delivery experience preferred
