About the Role

We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy to children from birth through age 18 in Broomfield, CO. You’ll work directly with families to support developmental progress and improve daily function through individualized care delivered in a comfortable, familiar setting. Compensation & Scheduling: Competitive Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit Start of Care Visits: Up to $120 per SOC Part-Time Caseload: 10–20 visits per week Flexible Schedule: Designed to support a healthy work-life balance while meeting your professional goals Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans Provide therapy to improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and other functional areas Educate families and caregivers to support therapy goals at home Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care Why Join Us: Make a real impact: Be part of a mission-driven organization where your work directly supports individuals and families receiving critical in-home care. A master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy (OT) NBCOT Certification Occupational Therapist (OT) License in the state of Colorado Possesses and maintains current CPR certification Valid driver's license and auto insurance A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in occupational therapy is preferred, but not required Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance options to support your overall health and well-being.
