We are seeking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN.
$35.50 to $40.50 per hour based on experience plus additional for shift diffs.
$4,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time.
Full and Part-Time; All shifts available.
Earn up to 30 days of PTO.
We pay 80% of health insurance premiums.
The only Faith-Based Skilled Nursing Facility in Berkshire County.
Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the nursing unit activities.
Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in problem identification and development of correction plans.
Check all ill residents early in the shift, make periodic assessments, report changes.
Assess resident care needs for Minimum Data Set, Resident Assessment protocols and Interdisciplinary care plans.
Report resident condition changes and document in Medical Record.
Administer and record prescribed medications and treatments.

Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid LPN license in Massachusetts and BLS certification. One year of nursing home experience is preferred.
