• Position
• Purpose: At Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, the Operating Room RN supports surgical patients within the Connecticut Joint & Spine Institute, delivering safe, high-quality care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

• Will Do: Provide intraoperative care by performing circulating and/or scrub duties, including patient positioning, site prep, instrumentation, and sterile technique. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient, coordinated care throughout procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

Required: Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate’s degree in Nursing is required. Valid RN license in Connecticut Ideal candidates will have Intraoperative Operating Room (OR) experience, particularly in Orthopedic and/or Spine/Neurosurgical procedures, including circulating and/or scrub roles.
