About the Role

We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our fun, supportive team at our Denver clinic. If you love working with kids and want to grow in a warm, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect place for you.

Position Details

Location: In-person, Parker clinic Schedule: Full-time Workdays: 4/10s or 5/8s available Monday–Friday Optional Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Clinic Hours Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Flexible scheduling available as long as minimum session requirements are met Compensation $35.00- $50.00 per hour $5,000 sign on bonus What You’ll Do Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0–21) in outpatient and virtual settings Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Colorado. Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation. Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs. Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges. Requirements

Must be a Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Colorado. Experience in pediatric home health and proficiency in electronic medical records are preferred.
