What you will do as a Personal Support Specialist

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.) Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (using telephone, light housekeeping, meal preparation/service, etc.) Respond to resident call lights promptly Perform scheduled resident activities as assigned Accurately document care provisions or changes in resident statuses.

The bonus is for full time hires only and is forfeited if employment is terminated prior to 180 days.

What you’ll bring to the role: Must be 18 years of age Must commit to obtaining PSS certification within 120 days of hire. Must provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella and Influenza. Strong command of the English language with the ability to follow oral and written instructions with precision
