Job Description Saint Luke’s North Hospital in Kansas City, MO is looking for a Medical Lab Scientist (Clinical Lab Scientist, Medical Technologist) to join our lab team.
PRN, as needed: Shifts are 12 hours, 6:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Performs accurate and reliable analyses requiring a complex network of steps and variables Recognizes technical, instrument or physiological problems, identifying causes and evaluating alternative solutions Confirms and verifying laboratory results utilizing in-depth knowledge of techniques, principles and instruments Correlates and interpreting data based on knowledge of physiological conditions affecting test results Establishes and monitors quality assurance programs Participates in performance improvement programs New Grad must pass ASCP registry within 9 months of hire Why Saint Luke's: We believe in work/life balance.
