Duties & Responsibilities: Resource management
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Appropriately utilizes all nursing supplies and equipment.
Demonstrates effective teamwork skills and maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information; responding to requests; building rapport; participating in team problem-solving methods.
Promptly responds to all communication devices in order to meet patient needs.
Assists in performing and documenting environmental checks as required by LMC policy and regulatory agencies.
