The Dermatologist is responsible for diagnosing and treating various skin, hair, and nail conditions through individualized treatment plans. They will perform dermatologic and cosmetic procedures while collaborating with a healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

As a member of the Healthcare team, and lead by the Chief Medical Officer, the Dermatologist is vital to the successful completion of the organization goal.
Each clinical team member receives performance measures and patient satisfaction results and is given the opportunity to participate in the development of a plan for improvement through regular QA meetings and or action plan development.

Cosmetic and procedural experience is highly valued.
The Dermatologist is directly responsible to the Chief Medical Officer of Central Jersey Medical Center, Inc.
Examine and diagnose skin disorders, diseases, and conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Perform dermatologic and cosmetic procedures (e.g., biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions). Conduct skin cancer screenings and perform preventive care Educate patients on skincare, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with clinic policies Stay up to date with medical research, advancements, and continuing education
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution Board certified in Dermatology or Board Certified in Family Medicine with Fellowship Training in Dermatology. Valid NJ Medical License. CDS & DEA Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Dedication to patient safety, confidentiality, and care quality Experience in cosmetic dermatology and laser procedures Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR-Athena) systems Interest in teledermatology or digital consultations (optional)
