Provide direct patient care and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for adults with behavioral health and substance abuse disorders. Responsibilities include conducting safety rounds, implementing de-escalation techniques, and communicating patient status to the interdisciplinary team.
One (1) year experience in a patient related field One (1) year experience with psychiatric, trauma, or substance abuse patients, preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Further training/education in behavioral health and substance abuse treatment is preferred. Ability to communicate therapeutically and age appropriately.
