We are seeking a Part Time to Full Time (20-40 hours per week) provider for a float position between three centers: Laconia Rehab Center in Laconia, NH; Pleasant View Center located in Concord, NH; and Mountain Ridge Center located in Franklin, NH. This position can be filled by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. At least 1+ year of provider experience is required.
The Full Time base salary range for this position is $120,640 - $133,120 / year, in addition to our no-cap incentive compensation bonus program.

Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner (with a Master's degree) or a certified Physician Assistant with a valid DEA license. Requires at least one year of provider experience, with a preference for two years working with adult or geriatric populations.
