This comprehensive approach to treatment, the gold standard in care for opioid use disorder, has been shown to prevent more deaths from overdose and lead to long-term recovery.

Our clinics are all outpatient and office-based, with clinics in Georgia, Kentucky, New Jersey, North and South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.

Day in the Life of a Nurse Practitioner Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services Will perform injections.

Schedule & Locations Primary center: Washington Target weekly hours: 30 Proposed schedule: Washington: Sunday 7-4 (9); Monday 11-6 (7); Tuesday 7-3 (8) Canonsburg: Saturday 7-12 (5) ​Education and Licensure Requirements Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state you are applying to work in DEA licensure in the state of the center Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice Position Benefits W-2 employment with competitive pay full-time is annual salary Malpractice insurance paid by Crossroads.

Requirements

Must be a certified Nurse Practitioner and hold a DEA licensure in the state of practice. Additional state-specific certifications may be required.
