Summary We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our compassionate team at New Dawn Treatment Center in Loomis, CA. In this vital role, you will contribute to our mission of providing high-quality mental health and addiction treatment, helping clients achieve meaningful change in their lives.
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to support clients' mental health needs. Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy and crisis intervention. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes. Provide crisis management support as needed. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in therapy. Foster a supportive and empathetic environment for clients.
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field. Active state licensure as a therapist (ACSW, LCSW, AMFT, LMFT, APCC, LPC). Proven experience in psychotherapy and addiction counseling. Strong understanding of cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with telehealth practices is a plus. Experience working with diverse populations, including children and families. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
