Key Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and assist in developing care plans. Support providers with patient visits, procedures, and follow-up care. Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the care team. Provide education and support to patients and families. Manage resources and documentation to ensure efficient healthcare delivery. Assist with diagnostic evaluations and record treatment recommendations.
Medical Assistant Diploma required. Strong commitment to patient-centered care. Previous experience in senior living or healthcare settings preferred.
