About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Nurse Aide to join our team in the Health Care and Social Assistance industry. As a Certified Nurse Aide, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our patients and assisting them with daily living activities. You will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. Your role will be critical in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our patients.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active Certified Nurse Aide certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a long-term care facility
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience with electronic medical records

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
  • Assist with patient mobility and transfers
  • Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and nursing staff

Skills

As a Certified Nurse Aide, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide quality care to our patients. You will also use your physical strength and mobility skills to assist patients with daily living activities and transfers. Your attention to detail and ability to monitor and record patient vital signs will be critical in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care. Additionally, your experience with electronic medical records and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be beneficial in this role.

6am-6pm on rotation

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active Certified Nurse Aide certification and a high school diploma or equivalent. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and strong communication skills are required.
