We are a small, patient‑centered family medicine and pediatric practice conveniently located within CarePlex Hospital, adjacent to our Midwifery Clinic.
Established just two years ago, our practice is thriving and we are excited to welcome a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who enjoys caring for patients of all ages.
Position Highlights: Average of 16-18 patients per day; 18 clinical hours and 2 admin hours Provide care to a wide range of primary care patients from ages newborn and up Collaborative Environment: Work alongside experienced providers in a supportive, team‑based setting focused on improving patient outcomes.
