This dynamic individual will perform a variety of imaging procedures in Surgery, Emergency Department, Pain Center and the Imaging Department and is responsible for patient safety protocols. This individual functions as the first line interface with customers in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree is preferred, but not required.
  • One year of imaging experience.
  • Prefer specific experience and training in Ultrasound.
  • Registered or registry eligible with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Required to take call /standby in Ultrasound department and for NNMC as needed.

Requirements

Requires one year of imaging experience and current BLS certification, with a preference for specific ultrasound training. Candidates should be registered or registry eligible with the ARDMS; a Bachelor of Science degree is preferred.
