About the role

The Physical Therapist will evaluate physical and functional status to determine patient capabilities and provide education and counseling on treatments. They are responsible for independently managing their own caseload and documenting all care coordination according to facility policies.

Here’s how you will make an impact Providing education and counseling to patient/family regarding treatments and goals, potential safety risks and/or other issues within scope of practice.

Interactive Wellness Program with rewards for balanced, healthy living Evaluating physical and functional status, as well as cognitive, psychological, and perceptual ability to determine the patient’s capabilities to function (safely).

Documenting all evaluations, treatment, and coordination of care contacts via appropriate facility policies.

Independently managing own case load to maximize effectiveness of overall care plan.

Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and requirements, as well as facility/agency specific policies and procedures.

Supporting special projects and other designated activities as assigned in support of TAI’s mission and core values.

Additional responsibilities as assigned by your leadership.

What you will need to bring to the table Physical Therapist license OR anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months.

Physical Therapist base compensation is $80,000-$90,000+ with a total compensation package of $91,000-$101,000+ depending on experience and fit.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Physical Therapist license or be expected to complete DPT coursework and exams within six months. A commitment to high-quality patient care and a desire for professional skill development are required.
