We operate as one team, unified by a shared purpose: delivering care that feels deeply personal, anticipatory, and human. About the Role

We are seeking a Board Certified Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join Marquis MD and help shape the clinical culture, referral ecosystem, and patient-centered care model of the practice. The ideal candidate is clinically excellent, deeply relationship-oriented, and motivated by the opportunity to practice medicine in its intended form: with time for patients, continuity of care, and a thoughtfully curated panel that allows for truly personalized, longitudinal relationships. Market context

Florida physician roles remain competitive

In Florida, physician openings are typically shaped by steady demand from large health systems, outpatient groups, and growing patient populations. These roles are competitive because employers often look for strong clinical credentials, current BLS certification, and readiness to work in fast-paced care settings; this posting also notes no prior experience is required, with a preferred associate’s or bachelor’s degree. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your credential match and prepare examples of patient-care experience before applying.
